ELMWOOD PARK, NJ (March 30, 2021) - On Tuesday morning, EFA Metro announced the return of 10 players for the 2021 United Premier Soccer League Spring Season, pending league approval.

Michael Mejia (GK), Hubert Dul (FW) and Alex Zielonka (D) are among the list of players returning from the club's inaugural fall season that saw the club lose in the Northeast Division Final to regular season champions New York Contour. The trio have been a part of preseason that has seen several players come in and out on trial as the team prepares for the season opener on the road against NJ Alliance FC at Newark Schools Stadium on Sunday, April 11th.

The following 7 players are expected to rejoin Metro upon the completion of their college seasons:

• Nick Kozdron (M) / NJIT
• Sebastian Rojek (D) / Stony Brook
• Nick Zielonka (M) / UMass Amherst
• Damian Zurawski (FW) / Ramapo
• Joseph Tabaka (M) / Ramapo
• Nico Del Terzo (M) / William Paterson
• Thomas Stickley (M) / Fairfield

Additionally, Alex Sencion (M) is expected to rejoin the team after recovering from injury while Amr Mahmoud (GK) has been in preseason with the team competing for a spot on the 2021 Spring roster.

The team will play its home games at Athenia Steel Park for a second consecutive season beginning with the home opener on April 17th against Queens Meadow FC with kick off slated for 7:45 pm. Tickets for every home match will be made available the evening of games at cost of donation.
